BATTLE FOR ILTORA

RTS Castle Defense (Team of Four)

Lead Gameplay Design:

  • Designed the lane switching system, based on primitive RTS games.

  • Decided what kind of deployable units should be included, and what their differences in stats and weapons should be.

  • Designed the level layout and built the map with the tools provided by the programmer

Art:

  • Drew concept art for the Knight characters.

  • Made pixel art for the commanders in the HUD, and animated some simple expressions. (Note: The expressions did not make it into the final game.)

  • Made UI assets including health bars, buttons, menu screen, and a custom cursor.

  • Drew flags for the opposing factions.
